Health check

GET /health

Returns process-level health information. This is the only public endpoint and requires no bearer token.

200 confirms that the HTTP process handled this request. This endpoint does not test authenticated access, database write ability, or Camel Accounts availability.

GET is the only supported method. Other methods return 405 METHOD_NOT_ALLOWED and an Allow: GET header.
